1. Why
did Virtual Music develop these products and accessories for synthesizers? Customers
often consult us, whether we can offer a solution for the annoying
problems of various synthesizers.
As an example our Universal Keyboard Upgrade (for ARP, Oberheim,
PPG, etc.) was developed because some customers were fed up with changing
periodically the vulnerable rubber keyboard bushings.
Or take a look at our Prophet VS mechanical modification. A
musician came with the problem that the VS isnīt very stable and it went
out of shape with a little mechanical use. Our modification is the
solution for every Prophet VS to avoid these problems.
As you can see, each product has a history and is a practical solution for
an anoying problem.

2. Is it
easy to install these products, accessories or upgrades?
At the development of our products we always put value on a simple
installation. We deliver all accessories with detailed instructions. These
instructions are available in German and English, many pictures, notes and
hints help you to make the installation as easy as possible.
If you can handle screwdriver and tongs then you have the best
prerequisites to install our products. Most accessory products can be
installed fast and simply without soldering, and the installation of the
Keyboard Upgrade Kit takes several hours of focused activity. [Top]

3. Are the
products tested substantially before they are sold?
We only sell only high quality accessories and therefore our products are
tested before you can order them.
Beta testers prove our solution substantially. After the tests are
positive and the testers are happy with the new development, we turn to
the marketing and PR activities to sell a brand new product.

4. What if
I have a question during the installation?

5. What if
I donīt want to install the upgrade by myself?
If you donīt want to do the
installation by yourself, then we can help you, too. Since we need your
device in our Synthesizer Service Center, we kindly ask you to contact us.

6. How can
I order these synthesizer accessories?
Itīs very easy. If you want to order synthesizer products or
accessories please fax us the completed
customer
order form. After receiving your order we will send you an e-mail
with the confirmation.
If you donīt have a fax machine, we also take your order per

7. How long
does the delivery of the ordered products take?
Basically all our products are on stock or deliverable shortly. The
MIDI-option for the Korg Polysix and the optional version of V8.3 for
the PPG Wave series (optional version means ID#1 for the Wave and ID#3
for the EVU) are produced on demand and can take several days.
Within Europe the shipment can take about 2 to 5 working days, outside it
takes between 5 to 10 working days.

8. Which
additional costs can occur with an order?
All our prices do not include VAT, shipping costs and packing. Shipment
and packing will be billed depending on the actual costs.
If you order from Austria or within
the European Union (without a valid VAT-number), a value added
tax of 20% will be added.
If you are citizen of a country
within the European Union and if you own a valid VAT-number, you can
obtain our products without VAT.
If you order from outside the European
Union then you will get the items without added VAT. It is your
responsibility to pay VAT in your particular country.

9.
How can I pay the ordered accessories?Credit
card
The most comfortable way to
pay is the transaction per credit card. We accept Mastercard and
Visa. After we charged the amount of your invoice to your card, we
will get the release by the credit card company (a process of a few
minutes). The ordered items will leave Vienna on the next day. The
amount is withdrawn from your card account automatically after 6
weeks.
Pay in
advance or cash payment
If you donīt have any credit card, we accept also payment in
advance* (only available for citizens of the European Union) on our account, or cash payment at collection/delivery.
*Since July 1st 2003 you can conclude an economical bank
transfer within the European Union.
